How the offline message can help you to get back in touch with customers

Getting back to your clients

If your client leaves an email address in the pre-chat survey, it’s always good to send a reminder that you replied to their query. Also if they let the chat widget to send them notifications, they will be informed when the message is coming.

People from Facebook will get a regular notification from Messenger.
