Today, we’re introducing the chat link. It’s a simple way to invite customers to chat in places where you can’t install the chat widget.
You can share the link on social media, place it in your email footer, or add it to your contact page. When customers click on a link, they will see a website with your chat (this is how ours looks like) and will be able to chat with you!
To use your chat link, go to your chat.io settings, copy your unique link and share it.
This week, we’re working on pinning important chats so you can go back to them when needed.
